Salmon Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 can of skinless, boneless salmon
  • 1 250 grams or 8 oz pkg of cream cheeze
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight for best results. Use on crackers or as a vegetable dip.

Excellent for pot luck lunches or dinner parties.
