Cranberry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/w tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups whole raw cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, cranberries and melted butter. Bake about 1 hour at 375 degrees F. Serve warm with sauce.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cream

Sauce Directions

Melt butter. Add sugar and cream. Bring to a boil and serve hot on warm cranberry pudding.
