It's easy to make and a lot cheaper than store-bought. I love this stuff. To me it is not a cold weather drink only, I love to wind down at the end of the day with a cup and either a good movie or book.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups instant coffee, with or without caffeine
What a great idea! I am diabetic and cannot find sugar-free flavored coffee. Thanks a lot.

This is the sort of "Gifts From the Kitchen" that we enjoy making and giving too. There are so many small kindnesses that we can do to make other people's lives a little happier and better and to us, that's what Christmas is all about. Thank you for this wonderful addition to our list of "gift goodies". All it needs is a pretty little card with the instructions to go with it. Maybe a sweet red or green ribbon and a baby pine cone.:-)

I can hardly wait to try this. For Christmas I put homemade spiced tea mix and homemade hot chocolate mix in decorative jars (small canning jars or special holiday jars), add directions, and give them as gifts. They are great for teachers, co-workers, drop-by guests, etc. This Christmas you can bet I will give Cappuccino Mix!

Makes a great gift. I drink this when I am craving something sweet!
Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
2 cups non-fat dry powdered milk
16 oz. French vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer
1 cup instant coffee
2 cups hot chocolate mix
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Put the ingredients in pint size jars (or whatever size you want). With a pretty ribbon, attach a recipe card listing all the ingredients. Also, state on the card: add 3 heaping teaspoon of mixture to a cup of boiling water. Stir and enjoy.
For a special treat, I also top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
