Garlic Dip Using Yogurt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 or more pressed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Blend well and chill. Stays good refrigerated for 3-4 days. Serve with hard bread sticks and veggies.
