Regular Maintenance For Better Computer Performance

Speed up your computer. Run disk clean up and defrag once a week, minimum. Contact internet explorer, if you have it, and give them permission to enter and control your system. They can go in and delete redundant programs and free up a LOT of space saving memory and increase speed when you restart your system. This is what takes so long to reboot.

There are a lot of reasons a computer could be slow to boot, but defraging and clearing up disk space should help a lot. Here is an article that lists a lot more ways to speed up a computer.

Explain please:

Contact internet explorer, if you have it, and give them permission to enter and control your system. They can go in and delete redundant programs and free up a LOT of space saving memory and increase speed when you restart your system. This is what takes so long to reboot.
