Apple Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lemon, pineapple or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
  • 1/2 of 1-lb. bag of coleslaw mix (5 cups)
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped

Directions

Stir together yogurt and mayo in a large mixing bowl. Add coleslaw mixture and apple, stirring lightly to coat with dressing. Cover and chill. Serves: 4
