If you can't find one at WalMart check like at Walgreens or any drug store that has a good line of cosmetics or like a Sally Beauty Supply. Hope this helps
At almost every single store (mainly pharmacies though) that have a nail care section which is usually in the section next to the makeup products.
I bought one at Walgreen's. Any drug store should have them in the nail aisle.
