I agree that using hair conditioner is great as a shaving lotion. Has anyone tried that product called smooth Away? It's some type of new hair removal? I'm sick of shaving so I wonder if that works.

Use baby oil it works so well! Also conditioner is good. Right after putting either aloe or lotion on helps me from getting those little red bumps!

Use hair conditioner for a shaving lotion. It softens the hairs, moisturizes your skin, and makes the razor slide with ease. Also uses up that old bottle of conditioner you bought and didn't care for!

make sure you shave them in a light place so you can see the hair on your legs otherwise you might miss patches!

If you just buy a nicer razor you wont even need to use shaving cream which will save you loads of money. Good luck

I use men's razors, because they tend to work better than women's. Also, my best friend got me into using conditioner instead of shaving cream, and I swear, it works sooo well! Make sure to buy it from the dollar store, since it will work the same way as the more expensive stuff (at least on your legs), and you won't have to buy the really good stuff that you use for your hair just to shave your legs.

Have you tried an electric razor? It can be used any time, and as often as needed.

I would recomend using the jergen lotion for hair. It softs your legs, and makes the hair grow back softer and not as fast.

I also love the shick intuition razor. It works really well!

My husband and I like using Green aloe vera gel instead of shaving creams that are messy and drying to the skin. Aloe keeps skin soft and moisturized, and alot of dollar stores carry this, so you will be saving money to spend on other goodies!

When shaving your legs use baby oil rather than shaving foam and you will get a 'closer shave' and have silky soft legs!

By the intuition razor. I swear by it. I never had such RELIEF from razor burn in the bikini area in my life as using this razor.

I also swear that the hair takes FOREVER to grow back

Instead of spending money on shaving cream, use hair conditioner, it saves you money, works wonderfully, and leaves your skin really smooth for a longer time.

Noxema makes a really good shave cream that affects your hair growth making it not grow back as fast. I was skeptical, but when I used it, it really worked!

Just make sure you have a new blade; a good one is the "Schick Quatro". Be sure to use shavecream, not just soap and water-it works the best for myself, and I like to get really clean!

Make sure the water you use isn't too hot for the same reason.

Your razor will cut better if you shave your legs first thing in the morning instead of waiting until later in the day. As the day goes and you are on your feet, your legs can swell, and if this happens, the razor won't cut the hair as short.
