Sweet Muffins |

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. The batter will be slightly lumpy. Place in greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
