Conditioning Recipe To Repair Damaged Hair

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. real mayonnaise
  • 1-2 drops rosemary oil or 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 tsp. cod liver oil
  • 4 Tbsp. rolled oatmeal (not quick oats)
  • 2 tsp. unfiltered honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed) You can use more if needed to process.

Directions

Put in food processor, and mix well until very creamy.

Put mixture on dry hair. Pin hair up with bobby pins, and cover with shower cap. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse well. Shampoo with mild shampoo, and rinse. Gently comb out hair, and let dry naturally. May need to repeat in a few days if you have extensive damage.

If you are talking about repairing damaged ends, there is nothing that repairs them except trimming the ends.
