Ingredients
- 2 cups or more cooked carrot slices
- chopped green pepper
- chopped onion
Dressing:
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine dressing ingredients; mix well. Place desired amounts of vegetables in dish and pour dressing over.
