Classic Meatloaf |

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Then form into a loaf in pan, add any extra seasonings desired and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours until done.

My husband likes to add a lb of sausage to my meatloaf too. I guess you would need to double this reciepe. We freeze a loaf uncooked with this much meat .Choose your favorite hot or mild sausage . edie
