Great for holiday potlucks.
- 4-6 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 (14 oz.) can whole cranberries
- 8 oz. French dressing (orange kind)
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
Mix all three ingredients well and pour over chicken thighs.
Bake in 350 degree F oven, covered, until done. Uncover last 15 minutes.
