Instructions
- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. onion, chopped
- pepper, to taste
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions
Put all ingredients in crockpot (except the grated cheese). Turn on low. Cook 4 hours. Before serving, add 1 cup grated cheese and allow to melt. Note: you can also use cream of mushroom soup.
