- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
Cook strawberries and sugar on low heat until mixed well. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice and boil for 4 minutes. Stir in 1 box of strawberry gelatin. Place in small jars and keep in refrigerator.

- 3 cups strawberries (crushed)
- 5 cups sugar
- Food coloring
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
Crush berries with a potato masher or bottom of a glass to get 3 cups. Put berries, sugar, and vinegar in large, heavy kettle. Stir into dissolve sugar. Cook until it boils hard. Add the cooking oil. Boil 10 minutes. Pour into a glass bowl. Add a little red food coloring. Let set overnight. Ladle into jars and freeze.
