It is moist, very flavorful, and a crowd pleaser.
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup crushed Crispex cereal
- 1 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried coriander
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (I always use sea salt, it's much more flavorful)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Form a nice loaf (or 4 mini loafs, which is fun for kids, they each get their own meatloaf!) and place in a baking dish that is lightly greased with non-stick spray.
Bake 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
Note: You can adjust spice amounts to taste. This is what I use.

Nice option with the cereal! I have used crushed corn flakes but I bet this is a lighter alternative.
