Hair Dye on Vanity Drawer

I have permanent hair dye color on my vanity drawer. How do I remove this?

Any suggestions from removing from carpeting?

Is it on a shiny part of the vanity or is it on an unfinished spot? I removed permanent marker before from a wood kitchen table (shiny) with a magic eraser and it came off beautifully. It may be worth a try. Good luck!
