Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt, pepper and cayenne
- 3-4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and finely chopped
Directions
Chop artichoke hearts to a pulp. Add other ingredients; stir well; check seasonings; chill. Serve with corn chips or raw veggies for dipping.
