They don't come much easier or tastier than this meatloaf recipe!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. lean ground beef, frozen
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
Directions:
Place the frozen hamburger on a square of heavy foil in a baking pan. Over it pour the cream of mushroom soup as well as the dry onion soup. No need for extra seasoning of any kind. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 3 hours. Makes a nice loaf and will have delicious gravy all around it!

Truly easy and quick. Mix stuffing, water, egg and catsup. Add the two meats, don't over mix.
