There really isn't any short-cuts to canning. It is worth all of the work though. Be sure to read the instruction booklets available, as it is very important to do it correctly.

If you have a pressure cooker/canner the info comes with it, the same with any canner or search online, good luck.

Check with your local extension office. They usually have booklets with canning/freezing instructions and recipes. These are easy to follow and free. Happy preserving!
