I ran out of paper toweling and I don't want to buy any more. I used a cloth baby diaper to wipe down my windows and mirrors. It works great - no streaks!! Now I just have to make my own glass cleaner with vinegar and water. It's those little things that sometimes make us thrifty people the proudest!

Another use for cloth diapers is as burp rags. The little burp rags just did not cut it when my kids spit up, so we used this much cheaper, bigger, alternative. When the kids no longer needed them, we reusued them as household rags for windows also, and dusting, garage use, etc. A package of 10 is $11.00 at Wal-Mart. We more than got our money out of these.

A better product to use to clean the glass cleaner from windows is newspapers.
