- 2 cups walnuts halves--or pieces--or whole nuts
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons crumbled dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place walnuts in a single layer in a
shallow baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour
over walnuts. Roast in oven about 10 minutes, until browned,
shaking occasionally. 6 servings.
