Easy Au Gratin Potatoes |

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
Directions
Mix all together. Put in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

This is so good...also seen it called Party Potatoes and Funeral Potatoes, cause its a good pot luck dish. Some also crush up cornflakes mix with melted butter and put on top last 10-15 minutes or so when cooking to give it a crunchy topping.
