I am getting married around the middle of November, and want to have poinsettia's as center pieces, I would like to know if they are available that early in the christmas season? Keep in mind I live in Southern Alberta, Canada.

Do you mean red or pink or the cream colored ones? They should all be available, but there are some very good silk ones available, that you might look into. Remember poinsettia leaves are poisonous and the branches break off very easily spilling a sticky white substance. Just realize they are a fragile plant and you don't want to be worrying about centerpieces that aren't "perfect".

What about silk poinsattias, these would save on cost and last forever.
you could also use them for your family and friends to keep as a memory of your wonderful day

call your local plant nursery/greenhouse. They are the growers/suppliers and you should be able to order direct from them if they are available then. Actually, they maybe able to ensure they'll be ready for you!
