Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly; add other ingredients and blend. Bake on griddle and enjoy!

Recipe: Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick or generic)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • Milk to desired consistency

Directions

Add ingredients in order given and fry as usual. Serve with hot maple syrup.
