Tacos And Pasta
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 carton cream cheese with chives
12 oz. pasta shells
1 bottle taco sauce
tortilla chips
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1/4 cup sliced, green onions
Directions
Brown ground chuck. Add chili powder and cream cheese. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook pasta shells; drain. Combine meat mixture and pasta. Place in a 9x13 inch pan. Pour taco sauce over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with chips, Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese and onions. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
