Ham Potato Breakfast Casserole
- 1 pkg. hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions/tops
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 5 eggs, beaten
- dash ground red pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40-45 minutes. Serves 6.
