1 package vermicelli, thin spaghetti or linguine, uncooked
1 medium carrot, julienned
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Directions
In small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, oils and sugar; set dressing mixture aside. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. In large bowl, combine pasta, carrot and peppers. Pour dressing over pasta and veggies; toss well.
