Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped watermelon
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Combine and mix all ingredients, chill. Serve with tortilla chips or topping for grilled chicken or fish.
