Dissolve one package gelatin in 1 cup hot water;chill until partially set. Fold in ice cream (softened). Pour this over cake slices arranged in 8x10 pan. Chill in freezer. Dissolve remaining package gelatin in 1 cup hot water; add thawed strawberries. Pour over first mixture. Chill in freezer, covered until firm.

Ingredients:
2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup sugar
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
3 cups hot water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar; spread over crust sealing edges. Mix gelatin and hot water and cool. Add strawberries when partly congealed. Pour over crust and chill until firm.

Directions
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add whipped topping. Add drained crushed pineapple. Add frozen strawberries (partially thawed). Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix all and freeze in 8x11 glass dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Thaw a few minutes before serving. A double recipe fills a 9x13 dish and serves at least 15.
