Maple Custard

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

Scald milk. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt and maple syrup. Add scalded milk. Stir until well mixed. Pour into greased custard cups. Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees F until set. Baking time varies so watch closely!
