Removing Seeds and Pulp from Orange Juice

Put a strainer or some cheesecloth over a pitcher or bowl when juicing oranges, lemons or limes and you won't have to worry about seeds or pulp.

Use a fork and twist the seeds right out of the lemon, lime or orange. Be sure to hold the fruit upright and over the sink. After you remove the seeds you can continue to juice the smaller fruit into a glass.
