This pop up completely blocks the bulletin board and cannot be shut off until the whole ad has run. However, be prepared to start receiving lots and lots of junk mail and junk e-mails. There is a reason companies offer to send you free stuff; it's so they can get your address. They then are free to sell your home address &/or e-mail address to other companies. Since I stopped requesting free things, my junk mail and e-mail has been drastically reduced.
