Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies (Makes lots!)

Ingredients

  • 8 sticks butter
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 10 cups wheat flour
  • 2 2/3 cup instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 tsp. soda
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 6 cups chocolate chips

Directions

Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together. In separate bowl combine flour, instant vanilla pudding, soda and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to first mixture. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees F. This recipe can be made in half. Enjoy!
