Our Whirlpool side by side refrigerator just stopped working. It is not even 2 years old, but the warranty is up. The lights are on, but it doesn't get cold. We adjusted the setting to colder to no avail. Any ideas on something else we might check? The company and the store have been no help at all. Thanks!
It probably is not anything as simple as this, but do you ever vacuum underneath it where the coils are? I have a Whirlpool side by side and I know it gets really really full of dust and pet hair under there and have to vacuum it out every now and then. Those coils really need to be kept clean.
