Broccoli with Almonds
- 2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into flowerlets
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cook broccoli in 1 inch boiling water in saucepan for 10 minutes; drain. Place in serving bowl. Saute' almonds in butter or margarine until golden brown. Spoon onto broccoli. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
