Makeshift Phone Speaker For Being On Hold
We are so often put on hold when we try to get through to government offices and so on, but need to stay on hold so we can talk to someone! We used to have a speaker phone but now my husband uses his little karaoke amplifier with the mike up against the phone, so we can hear when they get on the line and do other things while we are waiting.
