RE: Motor Oil Stain on Carpet

Go to a cleaning store that sells cleaners to companies and ask for a product called H2Orange. It works wonders. (08/29/2005)

I also live in SA. Maybe you could use Kleen Green? it does remove oily messes. (08/27/2007)

I used diswashing detergent and it worked wonders. (01/06/2008)

I used Preen first off. I let it soak in for 30 seconds and then used a paper towel to blot it off gently, then quite firmly. Next use a very light soapy sponge to blot in and finish with a dry paper towel soaking up what you can. Phew. (01/30/2009)
