Just joined ThriftyFun, a great site, Thank you. Almonds are a wonderful food with so many benefits. This is a delicious flourless cake, so easy.

CITRUS ALMOND FLOURLESS CAKE
Chop up 3 oranges or mandarin peel & all. Blend in food processor till pulpy, add 4 beaten eggs , 200 mls almond meal ( natural preferred - skin on for texture & fiber) & cup of sugar. Bake moderate oven 45 mins.

Almond oil - Wonderful moisturizer for skin conditions , easily absorbed. For dry damaged hair -Massage about 15 mlns into hair , leave overnight, wash as normal. Feel the difference.

I have many recipes , and as a nutritionist who made a tree change , now grow them, harvest & process them. Farmers markets is now my office. Meeting many people who visit my farm, and learn all about the ALMOND.

If I can give advise to any almond question or honey (my husband is a beekeeper), I'd be glad to answer them.
