Shipwreck Casserole |

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 cans small potatoes
- 2 cans carrots
- 1 can peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Velveeta cheese
- milk
Directions
Fry hamburger with onions, salt and pepper. Cook vegetables separately for 5 minutes. Put in layers in casserole dish. Add Velveeta cheese. Add enough milk to suit your taste. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or until done.

I thought this would be an interesting recipe to try. Imagine my surprise to find that half of the ingredients were listed in the directions, not the list of ingredients... Better luck next time.
