Shipwreck Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, separated into rings
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 can refried beans (7 oz.)

  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)

Directions

In a greased casserole, place in layers. Begin the layering with the potatoes and end with the tomato sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F. Serves 6-8.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans small potatoes
  • 2 cans carrots
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Velveeta cheese
  • milk

Directions

Fry hamburger with onions, salt and pepper. Cook vegetables separately for 5 minutes. Put in layers in casserole dish. Add Velveeta cheese, to taste. Add enough milk to suit your taste. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or until done.
