I am desperate to lose weight but I drive with my boyfriend in his truck all week, so I can't really exercise. Does anyone have any recommendations for a safe, healthy diet pill?
I wish that I were using quality supplements years ago. I have worked out and dieted for a long time - usually with no measurable result. However, once I started supplementing its like I was making up for lost time. I only wish I had been using supps earlier. However, I dont think that any pill can simply mtransform your body. Yeah, you have to put work in, but if you do - you may as well use nature and science to your advanctage and accelerate your weight loss. I'll try the Liporidex (I do like their philosophy and wight loss tools) and report back!

The answer you are looking for is to change your eating habits, There are no magic pills. I have not tried proactol, but if it is something that could cause you to have to stop unnecessary for calls of nature that might present problems. I wish you the best of luck with will power. I am trying hard almost the same way you are.
