- 4 boneless pork chops
- seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Sprinkle chops with seasoning. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Brown chops about 2 minutes per side. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 18-20 minutes.
