Monster Chocolaty Oreo Cake

It's chocolaty and filled with sweet flavor. Everyone I know likes it. It is delicious and yummy. The filling is filled with cream cheese and the Oreos which tastes superb. The frosting is rich in flavor including the ingredients powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and cocoa. It is fabulous in every way.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 1 chocolate cake mix

Filling:

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip is recommended)
  • 13 Oreo cookies

Frosting:

  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Make the cake mix as the box instructs in 2 round pans. Cool. Mix the filling together and spread on the top of the first cake. Try and put as much filling as you can on the cake. The more filling, the better taste!

For frosting, combine the milk, the cocoa and the butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and the vanilla. Mix the frosting well. Cool slightly.

Put the second cake on the first (the first is the one that the filling has been spread onto) Then (using the frosting) frost the cake! This is the fun part when you can frost in any pattern you want and just make that cake look yummy! Once the cake is frosted - dig in!

This cake has been voted the best by my dad and mom, so hopefully you like it too!
