My niece and her fiancé met at a car dealer and we would like to incorporate that in the decorations. Does anyone have any ideas? They're getting married June 2006.

I'm instantly reminded of those yellow plastic keychain identi tags. I was thinking what CUTE favors those would make! Write the bride and groom's name and date, and a thank you on the back! fabulous!
Maybe they could borrow some of the banners from the car lot sales floor, also, or purchase old ones, to hang on the wall. And, of course, the plastic string of flags zig zagging on the ceiling. I hope you share photos...how unique! We had a surprise wedding (the family thought they were attending a fall cookout, not our wedding-think surprise birthday party) and it's still fondly remembered. Congrats

If possible, go to the dealer where they met and ask if the wedding could be there. If they say yes, they may even be willing to help with expenses since it is good advertising for them.

Go to your local Dollar store and purchase plastic cars,,cut off the roofs and use the rest of the body and make small flower arrangements in it.. you can even buy cars and cut a small slit in the roof and use them as place card holders..
