Thanksgiving Leftover Bowl

Wondering what to do with all the leftovers from your Thanksgiving feast? This is a real family favorite, kind of a home version of KFC's mashed potato bowls.

Ingredients:

  • turkey
  • stuffing
  • gravy
  • mashed potatoes
  • corn

Directions:

Spray a deep-dish pie plate with Pam. Line it with a layer of stuffing, shaping it like a thick pie crust. Chop turkey in bite-size pieces, enough to fill the stuffing crust. Spoon some well drained corn over the turkey, then add enough melted gravy to cover the turkey well, and stir it around a little. Last, take your leftover mashed potatoes and make your top crust with these. It may be easiest to warm them slightly to do this. Mound them up a bit and brush with a little melted butter, if you like.

Cover the completed pie with foil to keep the potatoes from getting too brown. Bake the pie in a 350 degree F oven for about 40 minutes, taking the foil off for the last 20 minutes. Slice into wedges to serve.
