- 3 cups sliced carrots, 4 inch slices
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 jar stuffed olives
Partially cook carrots in small amount of salted water. Melt butter in skillet and saute' onion. Add carrots and olives and cook until ingredients are well mixed.
