Great gift for the holidays or serve with cream cheese and ritz crackers.
6 large RED bell peppers 1 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot peppers 1 1/2 cups white vinegar 6 cups sugar 1 bottle CERTO
Puree half of peppers and vineger in a blender. Repeat with the other half. Put this in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add CERTO and cook about 25 minutes. Pour into jars. Refrigerate till used.
