Poem for a Candy Wreath

I know it's early, but I will be making some candy wreaths for co-workers and others for Christmas. Years ago I saw one that had a poem telling people to snip a piece of candy for luck. Does anyone have that poem and would be willing to share it? I would appreciate it. Thanks.

This is an excellent video that shows how to make a very nice and EASY candy wreath:

I just found this on someone else's web site not sure if it is the same poem or not.

This wreath of cheer is made for you,
You'll find the scissors handy,
To bring you luck throughout the year,
Snip off a piece of candy.

I found this poem on this website called; A Candy Cane Christmas and thought it was nice for your candy wreaths. Just drop the cane throughout the poem unless your using candy canes to decorate it of course. Thank you for a great gift idea and reminding me that Christmas isn't so far away.

Candy Cane Friendship Wreath Poem

It's the time of year to show friends that we care,

So I put up this candy cane wreath that I'd like to share.

Please take the scissors and snip away,

Take a candy cane with which I say. . .

"A Candy Cane for you, 'cause you're such a sweet friend,

And with each little sweet treat, my thanks to you I send!"
