How do you can carrot juice? If you use a steam juicer to extract the juice, does the juice need to be pressure canned? If you add apple juice, can you use a hot water bath instead of pressure canner?

Oh my, yes, they have to be pressure canned. And follow recipes in doing so. Get the Ball canning book. Screw ups mean deadly toxins. There is not enough acid in what you ask to open kettle.
