Crush Oreo cookies. Mix with butter. Press in 9x13 pan. Soften ice cream and pour over crust and freeze until firm. Pour can of hot fudge over firm mixture. Layer salted peanuts and Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top and freeze.
